Our business was established in 1973 manufacturing metal parts for the customers in various industries. Our aluminum casting division in Taiwan, ALPS Parts Mfg. Corp., was established in 1981 to facilitate the manufacture of superior quality aluminum castings.
Our groups have the ability and over 40 years of experience to produce the technically demanding cast aluminum components at competitive prices which is required by today's industrial companies. Our factories have been officially ISO 9001:2015 certified by Bureau Veritas. Our products have been successfully shipped to many well known customers in United States, Canada, Japan, Europe, Asia, etc. in the last 40 years.
We manufacture aluminum die castings and permanent mold castings. Our tooling division make the most reliable tooling to support our casting operation. We do traditional machining, CNC machining, heat treatment, polishing, chromate finishing, anodize finishing, painting, powder coating & assembling, etc.
Our integrated facilities at our factories proves us with stream lined management and tight quality control as well as offering time saving, and price reduction to our customers by reducing additional transportation needs to shuffle various manufacturing jobs instead of having them all done at one factory facility.
